- All players except Mini T-Ball and Challenger division must pay refundable deposits for uniform ($100) and volunteer ($100) participation; due at uniform pick up, with the exception of T-Ball. T-Ball players must pay the refundable volunteer ($100) deposit only.
*** Players without deposit cheques will not be issued a uniform ***
- Cheques should be made payable to Lakehill Little League (dated for July 1st); one cheque per deposit/player. Please ensure cheques are competed prior to uniform pick up to alleviate wait times and keep uniform distribution on schedule.
- If you do not wish to volunteer, you may pay the $100 per player fee up front. Please advise during uniform pick up if this is your preferred choice.
- Guardians need to attend with their player as cheques and guardian contact information is required.
- Players are not to attend another team’s distribution session as we will not be able to assist you at that time. It is imperative you attend your team’s session as there will not be additional distributions scheduled.
- Socks will be matching uniforms for Baseball Major/ Minor teams and Softball U10-U19 teams.
Socks will be $8/pair available for purchase/pick up with uniform distributions. Additional socks can be purchased through the online store.
- Uniforms will be distributed March 29th-31st and April 5th-7th from 6-8:30pm in the clubhouse.
A detailed schedule will be posted around March 20th.
Mini T-Ball uniform info to come from Elena
T-Ball uniforms will be handed out through team coaches. The volunteer deposit will be due at the time your player receives their shirt.
- Alternatively, players who do not wish to utilize park issued pants are welcome to purchase their own through our online store or through a local supplier. (Baseball – grey / Softball - black).
*Size/brand samples will be available for viewing during uniform distributions.
- Uniforms are to be returned to your team coach within one week of your season end date; laundered and in the same state they were issued.
- Uniforms that are not returned by deadline or are returned with stains/damage will have their deposit processed. Unlaundered uniforms may incur a cleaning fee deducted from their uniform deposit.
** Uniforms should be worn to games, not practices.
Please avoid having your player wear their uniform while they eat or play around the park.
Washing Tips
- DO NOT place jersey in the dryer; the lining will melt and peel. Hang to dry.
- DO NOT iron jersey; the lining will melt.
- DO NOT place stained pants in the dryer; see stain tips below.
- DO NOT cut the tags from your uniform.
Stain Tips
- Wash sooner, rather than later.
The longer a stain sits, the longer it has to set into the fabric. - Pretreat.
Use a spot treatment or soak the stain in a laundry booster. - Water temperature can make a difference.
Warm water for grass stains/cold water for blood. - Drying will set a stain.
Heat will set the stain, DON’T dry it. - Use a plastic container to wash hats.
Add liquid laundry detergent and water into a plastic container, place hat in container and shake, rinse in cold water.
