Uniform Information

2018 Uniform Information

  • All players must provide deposits for uniform ($100) and volunteer participation ($100); due at uniform pick up, with the exception of Mini T-Ball and T-Ball.
        * T-Ball players must provide the volunteer participation ($100) deposit only.
        * There are no deposits required for Mini T-Ball.


    *** Players without deposit cheques will not be issued a uniform ***
     
  • Cheques should be made payable to Lakehill Little League (dated for July 1st); one cheque per deposit / player. Please ensure cheques are competed prior to uniform pick up to alleviate wait times and keep uniform distributions on schedule. Debit / credit cards are not available payment options.
     
  • If you do not wish to volunteer, you may pay the $100 per player fee up front. Please advise during uniform pick up if this is your preferred choice and was not selected / paid during registration.
     
  • Guardians need to attend with their player(s) as cheques and guardian contact information is required.
  • Players are not to attend another team’s distribution session as we will not be able to assist you at that time. It is imperative you attend your team’s session as there will not be additional distributions scheduled.

    If you are absolutely not able to attend your scheduled session, please send an entrusted family member, coach, assistant coach, team manager or teammate to drop off your cheques and pick up your uniform for you. Sizes handed out will match your registration record.
  • Socks will be matching team uniforms for Baseball Major / Minor teams and Softball U10-U19 teams and will be available for purchase ($8 per pair) at uniform distribution. Additional socks may be purchased after distributions are complete, if there is remaining stock.
  • Uniforms will be distributed April 4th-6th & 9th-10th from 6-9pm in the clubhouse. Please ensure your uniform fits prior to leaving.
        * A detailed schedule will be posted on the park website around March 28th.
        * Mini T-Ball uniform info will be sent by Elena.
  •  Park uniforms are to be returned to your team coach within one week of your season end date; laundered and in the same condition they were issued.
     
  • Park uniforms that are not returned by deadline or are returned with stains and / or damage will have their deposit processed. Unlaundered uniforms will incur a $40 cleaning fee deducted from their uniform deposit.
     

** Uniforms should be worn to games, not practices. **
Please avoid having your player wear their uniform while they eat or play around the park.

Lakehill logos and FanWear designs are the property of Lakehill Little League; replication for personal use is prohibited.



Washing Tips

1. DO NOT place jersey in the dryer; the lining will melt and peel. Hang to dry.
2. DO NOT iron jersey; the lining will melt.
3. DO NOT place stained pants in the dryer; see stain tips below.
4. DO NOT cut the tags from your uniform.

Stain Tips

1. Wash sooner, rather than later.
    The longer a stain sits, the longer it has to set into the fabric.
2. Pretreat.

    Use a spot treatment or soak the stain in a laundry booster.
3. Water temperature can make a difference.

    Warm water for grass stains/cold water for blood.
4. Drying will set a stain.

    Heat will set the stain, DON’T dry it.
5. Use a plastic container to wash hats.

    Add liquid laundry detergent and water into a plastic container, place hat in container and shake,     rinse in cold water.
